The scariest conversations that I am hearing is amongst my peers who are feeling like Chicken Little and the sky is falling. "The shifting market and that NAR says that in the next 2 years 30% agents will drop out of the business."
Don't be a part of the 30%! I believe in you and know that if this is a business that you love, then stay tuned. The best of you is yet to come!
If you aren't doubling your business every year, then change who you are surrounding yourself with. I believe that you can and should do better!

For all of you independent business owners or anyone who self insures.
I hope this isn’t TMI.
I pay $125 every 3 months for medications.
Costplus Drug Company owned by Mark Cuban, charged me $62.00, including shipping.
You can go onto the website to see if they offer your medication. They don’t currently carry everything, but if they do, you’ll see the cost. Compare it to what your paying now.
Healthcare is ridiculously expensive and always has been.
I thought I was doing well paying $555 per month until I spoke with a friend that thought that was too high.
I’ve paid as much as $1400 per month for my husband and I. And that policy covered little to nothing.
What a scam our healthcare system can be.
