So many feelings about this one! Wistful to know now we have my grandparents' home Under Contract and that after 50 years it will no longer be in our family. Proud to have been able to guide my family through the process as a result of my experience as a Real Estate Professional. The entire process that led up to the closing of this Commercial listing in Tomball was as unique as my client, the Seller. From coordinating everything with her being in Romania with an 8 hour time difference to going from contract to closing in 30 days! Thanks to Savanna Lauren Dorris, Oscar Murcia and the team at Patten Title for making the process smooth and easy!

My client ran a successful Hospice facility on the property for years and decided she was ready to move on to the next chapter of her life. So thankful to have been a part of ensuring she can relax and enjoy her Golden Years by traveling the world...well deserved after a lifetime lived in the service of others!
