I’ve been asked a lot lately if I actually enjoy my “job” as a Realtor. The truth is… This has never felt like a job for me. As a man who never really knew what I wanted to be when I grew up, it’s been a blessing to fall into a profession I am truly passionate about.

Getting to meet new people, educate them on the nuances of a real estate transaction, and guide them along on the purchase or sale of their home isn’t a job for me: it’s just life. I’m incredibly thankful to all of my clients, family, and friends who have trusted me and supported me along the way! The best is yet to come!

Summer 2021 was on FIRE 🔥🔥🔥 THANK YOU to all of my friends and family for your continued support! And THANK YOU to my clients for trusting me with your real estate needs.
This summer, we’ve sold 6 homes and currently have two additional homes being built for buyers in Cane Island (Katy, TX) and Towne Lake- (Cypress, TX) that should be completed early 2022!

These two played a huge role in my decision to get into real estate, and have been my biggest cheerleaders. Two weeks ago we closed on their new house in Katy, TX. Today we closed on the sale of their first home in the Heights, Houston TX.

There’s one less home on the Houston market this evening.

I met the seller of this home while I was selling one of his neighbor’s homes. He wanted to list his home for rent to get some passive rental income, but after I showed him how much his home could sell for in this market, he decided to sell it instead. Congratulations, Joe!
