The beginning-to-end process, important factors to think about, how mortgages work, and ultimately fitting people with just the right house that makes them over-the-moon happy. After 11 years of appraising and teaching all of my friends about real estate when they would buy/sell/refinance, I started selling real estate as well. My job is to clearly explain all of the details of buying and selling
to bring the overwhelming part down a notch. Maybe that Public Relations degree actually paid off? My resume reads like someone who intended to sell real estate but took every back way to get there. In high school I did title work for oil and gas leasing, worked for Stewart Title while in college as an escrow assistant, and of course have been an appraiser since 2002. Needless to say, I have an interesting perspective in the field of Real Estate that serves my clients well. My career has focused on the Greater Houston Area, including Harris, Fort Bend, Brazoria, Galveston and Montgomery Counties as well as Wharton County, where I am from originally. The bottom line is: I enjoy people, I love houses, and I promise you'll feel like you know more about Real Estate than before you met me.
