🍎 Back-to-school season is almost here!

My boys head back to school on August 13, and like many families, we’ve definitely gotten out of our routines this summer! 😅

One of my favorite quotes is from Amelia Earhart:

Buying or selling a home can feel overwhelming. It’s easy to wait for the “perfect” time, the perfect interest rate, or the perfect market conditions.

While timing absolutely matters, I’ve found that the biggest hurdle for many people is simply getting started. Whether that means asking questions, meeting with a Realtor, or making a plan, taking the first step often brings the clarity you’re looking for.

If buying or selling is on your mind—even if it’s months away—I’m always happy to be a resource.
