No applications fee's and no deposit required! We have units subsidized by the Harris County Housing Authority and market (self-pay) units for those that do not qualify for housing. Our units are fully furnished with a twin size bed, mini frig, microwave, night stand, table and 2 chairs. Some units have closet space, others are provided with a clothing rack and/or shelves. We have shared baths with large counter space, sink, toilet and shower area. For your convenience we also provide on site coin-operated laundry facilities and two (2) community kitchens. There is a large parking lot with plenty of parking space available. Large open court-yard with lots of shade tree's, benches, picnic tables, BBQ pits, smoking posts, recycling bins and garbage cans.
