KW Mega Camp is always more than just a conference for me. ❤️
It’s a chance to step away from the day-to-day, learn from some of the best minds in business and leadership, reconnect with incredible people from across the country, and come home with fresh ideas for how I can continue to grow.
Why does that matter?
Because when I get better, my clients get better service.
Every new strategy I learn, every conversation I have, and every relationship I build adds another tool to my toolbox—whether that means negotiating more effectively, marketing a home more strategically, understanding where our industry is headed, leveraging new technology, or connecting a client with the right person or opportunity.
After all these years in real estate, I still believe there is always more to learn. Experience matters, but experience combined with continued growth is even more powerful.
Mega Camp also reminds me that success isn't just about production or transactions. It's about thinking bigger, knowing your why, surrounding yourself with great people, leading well, and ultimately building a life worth living.
