Ashley Day, Your Walking Agent Ashley Day
Broker Associate. Your Walking Agent. Houston Real Estate. Clients praise her responsive, professional service and integrity.

Real estate expert Ashley Day delivers an up-close and personal perspective one can only achieve from walking our Houston streets. A Houston Heights resident since 2007, she's racked up thousands of miles on foot, admiring beautiful homes and landscapes and making invaluable connections for her buyers and sellers. Ashley is among the area's biggest fans, and she thrives on helping others achieve their real estate dreams and enjoy the outstanding Bayou City lifestyle. Ashley specializes in helping clients navigate the major life event of buying or selling while keeping the entire process as stress-free as possible. Ashley anticipates issues before they arise and calmly encourages everyone to focus on the big picture. Prior to real estate, Ashley practiced labor and employment law, which she credits with cultivating her strong negotiation skills and talent for client advocacy. She grasps complex deals and contracts with ease, an ability that sets her apart in a crowded marketplace. Above all, Ashley is an amiable and gracious person dedicated to making every client's experience a positive one. Ashley and her family reside on Rutland Street in the heart of the Heights. Her two children have attended schools in the Heights, Memorial and Spring Branch, which gives her a broad understanding of the local education landscape. But it is her daily walks, sometimes up to 10 miles a day, that keep her rooted in her beloved Houston community. That's why she calls herself Your Walking Agent. Let Ashley walk you through your next real estate transaction with ease. And, in the meantime, enjoy this fun page, where you can see sights from her walks and keep up with the Houston Real Estate market. Yes, this is my headshot from about 12 years ago, and yes, I’m using it on purpose. 😄📸 It’s from right around when this client and I first started working together. Back then, only a handful of us were putting ourselves out there online. Now it’s lifestyle photos, reels, and drone footage everywhere you look. 🎥🚁 Headshots have come a long way. I just wanted to sell real estate. 🏡 Through all of it, the trust has stayed the same. Thank you for the many transactions and the many years. 🤝 This 5 star review means the world to me. 🙏⭐
