Send an e-mail to your Representative to ask him/her to Support HB 1449 - Ban on Linkage Fees Bill. 

HB 1449 would prohibit Texas cities from implementing a linkage fee on all new construction. A linkage fee is essentially a tax on housing and other construction, including remodeling projects....
