🏡 Gleannloch Farms Market Update | Q3 2026 🌿

Curious about what’s happening in our local real estate market? Here’s a look at the numbers for Gleannloch Farms during the third quarter of 2026!

📊 A few highlights from this quarter:

🏠 47 new listings hit the market, giving buyers more homes to choose from.

⏳ 38 days on market was the average time it took for homes to sell, so buyers and sellers alike should be prepared for the time it may take to find the right fit.

💰 $570,000 median sale price — half of the homes sold for more and half sold for less.

📐 $175 per square foot was the average price per square foot.

🤝 37 homes sold during the quarter, with homes selling at an average of 98% of their list price. That means, overall, homes sold for about 2% below their asking prices.

The bottom line? Our Gleannloch Farms market is always evolving, and the numbers only tell part of the story. Every home is different, and factors like condition, updates, location and pricing all play a role in how quickly a home sells and for how much.
