Houston-native Angelina Keck is one of the area's youngest, top-producing agents and has been for the last four years. At the time, she worked full-time in healthcare sales. Unsure of how to handle the responsibility of being a landlord she began taking real estate classes on property management. One thing led to another and she

decided to retire from the healthcare industry and by early 2006, Angelina was a fully licensed real estate agent and has been a nearly unstoppable force ever since. Utilizing her psychology degree from Louisiana State University along with the skills she learned from previous work experiences, Angelina takes a pragmatic approach to buying and selling homes. She helps sellers think like buyers and buyers think about what it is they are truly looking for in a home. She is respectful and invests herself personally into each transaction. Angelina's areas of specialty are the Inner Loop as well as the West side of Houston, including the Memorial and Spring Branch areas. She also works with clients in Cypress, Katy, the Woodlands and other suburban areas. As a mother of three boys, Angelina loves working with families because she understands the struggle in searching for homes with children. Angelina has current knowledge of Spring Branch ISD, or SBISD, schools and also area private schools in addition to CY-Fair, Katy and HISD. Angelina is an active member in her community as well as several education-driven organizations. Her associations include the following:

New Listings were up in January with REALTORS® entering 7.6% more properties into the MLS compared to the same time last year.

Active Listings increased 15.2% to 34,958 in January.
The Average List Price for homes across the Greater Houston area rose 3.3% year-over-year to $435,621.

The rental market also outpaced last year’s figures with new listings up 14.5%. The average list price for single-family home rentals decreased by 3.7% to $2,214.
