Suong earned a bachelor's degree in Finance at the Banking University of HCMC Vietnam and a master's degree in Finance and Banking at the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Northwestern Switzerland. She used to work in the Vietnamese banking industry for ten years before relocating to the US. Her first job in the US was as an income tax preparer with H&R Block before getting her RMLO license in 2017. Suong believes that working as a Mortgage Broker brings out the best in her and joining Loan Factory in 2018 was one of her greatest decisions. As a mortgage broker with Loan Factory, Suong has been able to deliver the lowest mortgage rate in combination with the best customer service to her clients. Suong's deep understanding of the Vietnamese community, thorough knowledge and experience of the real estate market and loan origination process, and valuable insight into tax give her the edge to provide her clients with the best consultation. She always makes sure her clients understand the mortgage process, equips them with insightful information, and timely support them for a smooth transaction.
