Function should never compromise beauty.

A West U family came to us with a kitchen that worked, but the counters were always buried in appliances, and they were tired of looking at it.

Working with designer Tiffany Edwards, we took the cabinets to the ceiling, moved the cooktop to the outer wall, and built an appliance garage so everything has a home.

Now the kitchen looks as good on a Tuesday night as it does at a party.

The powder room is the one room every guest uses. And it's usually the last one that receives attention.

It's small, so it's easy to skip. But that's exactly why it gets noticed. Your guests are in there alone, with nothing to do but look at the walls, the lighting, and all the little details. A tired powder room is the thing people quietly clock — and a beautiful one is the surprise they remember.

We once worked with homeowners who reimagined their cabana garage. It's a 2-story garage with a modern look where the homeowners can admire their car from the comfort of their pool.

We pushed the walls out, raised the ceiling, and added a full row of new windows to bring in the light. On the outside, we wrapped it in real wood siding and a new metal roof built to last for decades. Inside, we finished it top to bottom — new lighting, smooth walls, and clean trim throughout. Same house, completely transformed.
