When we’re working, WE’RE WORKING.

Contracts. Amendments. Negotiations. Phone calls. Deadlines. Follow-ups. Problem solving… and sometimes papers everywhere. 😂

This photo was intentional because real estate isn’t just opening doors and taking pretty pictures. There’s a whole lot of WORK that happens behind the scenes to get our clients from “I’m thinking about it” to CLOSED.

And me? I’m going to sit right in the middle of it and handle business.

This is me pictured below 2 days before closing working during a photo shoot!! Some transactions are smooth… and then there are the ones that you have to move mountains for.

This one came with twists, turns, delays, problem-solving, plenty of phone calls and a whole lot of “we’re going to get this DONE!” 🙌🏾

But Friday, we were finally able to say…
