Success! Congrats to my clients on their turnkey listing being sold!
I had the privilege to manage the full make-ready and sale of the property. Paired with light staging from the clients, the home was positioned perfectly. We went under contract in just 2 weeks and sold in 30 days from going Active. Not easy in this market.
During negotiations, we held firm and successfully avoided further concessions to buyers, protecting my clients' equity every step of the way.
By coordinating my clients purchase, renovation, and sale closely, we minimized my clients' holding costs from carrying two mortgages and rolled a significant amount of equity directly into their new home purchase. Setting them up for a strong financial start to their next season of life. I also pushed my management costs to be paid within the sale of the home, to minimize my clients cash out of pocket.
