🏡 A ranch that stayed in the same family for nearly 80 years is set for a major transformation.
A 397-acre ranch in New Waverly has been sold to a developer planning a large-lot residential community called Waverly Hills Ranch. Homesites are expected to range from 2.5 to 48 acres, while preserving much of the property's rural character.
