📍 With back to school season in full swing, it’s a good reminder to share the road and avoid any accidental tickets

🚦As school moves into full swing this week, we want to remind you to watch out for school buses dropping off and picking up. Remember that if the roadway is separated by grass or a wall you do not have to stop for a bus coming from the other direction. If there is NO divider and only a turn lane in the middle, you must stop for a bus on the other side of the road. You always have to stop for a school bus loading or unloading on the same side of the road as you. Take a look at the image and watch out for the kiddos.

Work long days and worried you won’t be able to get off for closings? We can do mail out closings! For an extra fee, you can close anytime anywhere even out of state or on vacation. The title company sends a notary out and you don’t have to meet them at their office during their business hours.

This closing in particular was after hours in our local office after they got off work!
