Did you know, that HUD has a program called The Good Neighbor Next Door program? It's a program for Law enforcement, medical, firefighters, and teachers to get homes at a great discount. Did you know, that not all HUD homes are available to sell to investors in what is called the initial offering period? HUD's first objective is to offer homes to owner-occupants first. If the home does not sell in the initial offer period, then it will open up the bidding to all buyer.
