🏗️ Houston Market Update

The Houston Astrodome could be one step closer to a new chapter. The Astrodome Conservancy has opened a public request for information, seeking ideas from developers, investors, operators and other stakeholders for the future of the iconic property.

With basic restoration estimated at more than $750 million, the Conservancy is looking for financially viable concepts that address potential partnerships, financing and implementation strategies. Submissions are due September 8, 2026.

Now they want to hear from the market, and we do too.
