Simultaneous buy/sell transactions are some of the most delicate deals in real estate.
Because one closing funds the next one.

In this case, my clients needed their home to close so they could purchase their new one the following day.

Everything was set… until the buyer on our listing decided he didn’t feel like closing on the agreed date.

Not exactly ideal timing.

But instead of letting the situation spiral, my clients stayed calm, trusted the process, and we worked the problem together. I connected with the supervising broker on the buyer’s side to make sure the contract timelines were honored and we could keep the dominoes from falling.

And we did.

Moments like this are where the client–agent partnership really shows up. Because when things get complicated, the goal isn’t panic.

It’s teamwork, strategy, and getting everyone to the closing table.
That’s how I show up for my clients every single time.

Yes, this actually happened.

My clients closed on their first home together and asked if I’d film a “quick video” when they pulled up to the house.

What she didn’t know was that he was about to propose on their front porch.

And that moment right there? That’s exactly why I care so much about the relationships I build with my clients.

Because when people trust you enough to include you in the biggest moments of their lives — that’s bigger than real estate.

The house is just the beginning. 🤍

Serious question.

When you bought or sold your last home… did you ever hear from your Realtor again?

Because in my world, closing day isn’t the finish line - it’s the starting point of the relationship.

I believe the best part of this job isn’t the contract or the negotiation. It’s the people you get to keep in your life afterward.

The house might be the reason we meet.
But the relationship is the reason my clients stay. 🤍

Everyone talks about the house.
The price. The closing date. The paperwork.

But the truth is, the deals that actually make it to the closing table usually come down to one thing: trust.

Recently, my clients were navigating a simultaneous buy and sell. Their home needed to close so they could fund the purchase of their next one the very next day.

Everything was lined up… until the buyer on our listing decided he simply didn’t feel like closing on the agreed date.

That kind of delay can send an entire timeline into chaos.

But instead of panic, my clients did the most important thing they could’ve done in that moment - they trusted the process and trusted me to handle the pressure behind the scenes.

I worked directly with the supervising broker on the buyer’s side to make sure the contract timelines were honored so we could keep everything moving forward.

And we did.

Moments like this are exactly why the relationship between a client and their Realtor matters so much.

Because when things get complicated (and sometimes they do), you need someone in your corner who’s willing to advocate, communicate, and protect the process from start to finish.

That’s how I show up for my clients. Every time. 🤍

If you’ve ever managed a simultaneous buy/sell, you know exactly how delicate the timing can be.

In this case, my clients needed the funds from the sale of their home in order to close on their next one. Everything was lined up… until the buyer on our listing decided she wasn’t ready to close on the agreed date.

Suddenly, the entire timeline was at risk.

But here’s the part that matters most: my clients stayed calm, trusted the process, and we worked through the problem together. I connected with the supervising broker on the buyer’s side to make sure the contract timelines were honored so we could keep the deal moving forward.

Moments like this are where the partnership between a client and their Realtor really shows up.

Because when things get stressful, the goal isn’t panic - it’s communication, strategy, and teamwork.

That’s exactly how I approach every transaction. My clients don’t navigate these moments alone. We handle them together. 🤍

Understand this and you’ll understand why my business works the way it does.

I’m not here to rack up closings and disappear. My clients aren’t numbers on a spreadsheet or another address on a sold sign.

They’re people I celebrate with, show up for, and stay connected to long after the paperwork is signed.

That’s why we do client events. That’s why I get to hold their newborns. That's why I get to be apart of their engagements. That’s why the relationship doesn’t end at closing.

Because in my opinion? The best real estate businesses aren’t built on transactions.
They’re built on trust, loyalty, and relationships that last way longer than the move. 🤍

What do you get when you mix together a buy/sell happening at the same time, a buyer who just didn’t feel like closing, and an inexperienced agent representing her?

A very stressed set of sellers - who also needed their home to close in order to fund their next purchase.

We were on the listing side of this one, and when that closing date started wobbling, everything was at risk. Movers. Timelines. Their next home. All of it.

This is the part of real estate people don’t see. The negotiating. The deadline pressure. The steady hand when emotions start driving decisions.

Getting to the closing table isn’t luck. It’s leadership. 🤍

03/03/2026

Obsessed with spoiling my clients — it’s my love language. 🤍

From surprise giveaways to little “thinking of you” moments throughout the year, I’m in it for the relationship, not just the closing.

Because buying or selling a home is a big deal… and you deserve to feel taken care of long after the keys are handed over.

If you’re in my world, you’re celebrated. Period.
