Buying a home should be exciting — not terrifying. But sometimes, the process brings challenges no one could have predicted.

These first-time buyers were days away from closing when the lender found a lien tied to the buyer’s name. After some digging, we discovered her identity had been intentionally used years ago, creating a record that didn’t belong to her at all.

It was overwhelming — and honestly, it could’ve stopped everything.

But instead of giving up, everyone rallied.

The buyers, the lender, and I worked side by side — researching, making calls, and connecting with the right person at the IRS to get it cleared.

And we did.

The lien was removed, the issue resolved, and they closed on time.

It was one of those moments that reminded me why I love what I do —
because real estate isn’t just about finding the right home.

It’s about walking people through the mess and reminding them that everything, truly, is figure-out-able.

Here’s to the clients who stay the course,
and the homes waiting patiently for their stories to begin. 🏡🤍
