Before becoming a real estate agent, Benjamin honed his sales skills for 13 years in Los Angeles as a movie marketer for DreamWorks Animation and Sony Pictures. He returned home to Houston to focus on his ongoing passion, residential real estate, where his marketing skills proved invaluable. Prior to studying business and communications at St. Edward’s University in Austin, Benjamin attended St. Thomas High School and Elkins High School. He describes his favorite aspect of school as the people. His extracurriculars included student committees and fundraising for charities where he first developed the people skills that have followed him into his sales career. When not working, Benjamin volunteers and fosters rescue dogs with K-9 Angels Rescue where he rescued his two black Labrador Retrievers, Sonny and Cher, or rather, they rescued him. He also enjoys volunteering at Field Elementary and proudly supports Field Elementary’s Parent Teacher Organization. A resident of Midtown, Benjamin loves spending time with his family and tinkering with his vintage car. He enjoys exploring all the outdoor activities Houston has to offer, from Memorial Park and Buffalo Bayou to the expansive biking trails and various dog parks. Charlie here! Let’s cut to the chase. I know I’m adorable, cuddly, sweet as pie. But what are you? Like are you worthy of my sweet, loyal bundle of joy? Ok fine, I’ll go first, but then you have to tell me about you. I’m Charlie. Revlon has a perfume named Charlie...their motto is “The world belongs to Charlie!” and I couldn’t agree more. I’m a youthful girl on the go and love to play. Not very vocal or maybe I have not found my voice yet. When I am not playing with my foster sister I love to cuddle with my foster dad. I just love to cuddle! Also, I know the difference between my toys and your furniture. See how smart I am? Give me a treat and I will sit like a fashion model for you. I am working on my crate training and 70% on my potty training.

I can sleep in your bed all night, in my crate or on your couch. I love to cuddle and will follow you all over the house, whatever you wanna do, I wanna do! Wherever you wanna be, I wanna be! Did I mention I love to cuddle? I love all dogs big and small, I have a medium foster sister, but she doesn’t scare me at all. I love people big and small too, biting is not my jam. I have not met a cat yet, we shall see. Ugh, writing this is exhausting me, can we go home and cuddle now?

Charlie is a Female Great Pyrenees/Lab Mix that we estimate to be born around 9/8/25. As of 12/23, she weighs 26.3 lbs. ❤️
