How do you turn 14,500 SF of industrial history into a nurturing sanctuary? 📐✨

For Semillas Spanish Immersion Preschool, our team focused on the concept of "The Indoor Forest." By utilizing warm wood tones, custom geometric millwork, and the central "Learning Tree," we’ve created a sense of discovery that scales down the former photography studio into an intimate, child-centered world.

Collaborating with Paradigm Construction allowed us to push the boundaries of adaptive reuse, proving that with the right vision, any space can be reimagined to serve the next generation.
