At the start of 2019, I took a leap of faith—leaving the corporate world behind to pursue my passion for real estate. At the time, I was new to the industry and navigating the field without a mentor. Joining a local RE/MAX office was a fantastic starting point. I gained access to incredible training and resources that laid the foundation for my career.
Starting out in real estate can be overwhelming, with so much to learn—not just about buying and selling homes, but also the complexities of running your own business: independent contractor taxes, LLCs, brokerage fees, MLS, marketing, etc.
However, as I grew, I realized there was an opportunity to go even further with agent development.
Coming from an engineering background, I realized that what I —and many of my peers — needed was structure and personalized support. This realization is the foundation for the vision I’m building today.
