It truly was a pleasure helping this super sweet couple find their next home! The journey had a twists & turns, but we definitely got there together. Not only did we get the seller to install a new roof prior to closing, but we also got them to pay $12,500 towards the buyers closing costs!!! What a WIN! 🎉😬

I also helped them secure very strong tenants for their current home! Never too early to start building your investment portfolio. 💰 🏠
