What Is an FNTG-Approved Notary and Why Does It Matter?

If you've been working as a notary signing agent, you may have recently been asked, "Are you Fidelity-approved?" More title companies are requesting FNTG-approved notaries for certain transactions, making this an increasingly valuable credential for professional signing agents.

At Eagle Eye Signings, we're building a nationwide network of experienced, professional notaries who meet our clients' requirements, including those who are approved to complete signings for Fidelity National Title Group (FNTG).

What Does "FNTG Approved" Mean?

An FNTG-approved notary has completed Fidelity National Title Group's approval process and is authorized to conduct signings for transactions that require Fidelity-approved signing agents.

The rise of RON (Remote Online Notarization) has created incredible convenience… But it has also created NEW opportunities for fraud.

That’s why professional Loan Signing Agents and RON Notaries matter more than ever.
