Many newer communities have MUDs, which can impact your property taxes and monthly payment. It’s not a bad thing — you just need to understand it before you buy.

2️⃣ The weather isn’t as bad as people think ☀️
Yes, it gets hot… but most of the year is sunny, mild, and very livable (plus everything is air-conditioned 😉).

3️⃣ Settling is normal
Houston’s clay soil means foundation movement is common. The good news? It’s manageable. Make sure to do your due diligence before you buy a house.
