The things no one points out or maybe your inspector skiped… until you’re living with them every single day 👀👇

• Turn on every faucet, especially upstairs and during busy hours. A “spa shower” with weak pressure is just disappointment in tile form.

• Open every window. If it’s painted shut now, it’ll cost you later.

• Check cell signal in every room. A dead zone in your home office isn’t cute, it’s a problem.

• Count outlets, especially in the kitchen. Power strips aren’t a design feature.

• Test every lock and deadbolt. You’d be surprised how many don’t actually work.

• Open the garage door and park two cars. Not on paper, in real life. Can you open the doors comfortably?

• Walk the lot lines. Know exactly where your space ends and neighbor drama begins.

• Look up. Low fixtures + tall people = daily headaches (sometimes literal).

The big stuff gets all the attention because it’s expensive.

But these “small” things decide if you love your home… or slowly hate it.

And yes, your agent should be catching this.

If all they’re saying is “wow, look at the granite”, that’s a red flag 🚩
