It's never a bad day when you "have" to go to Towne Lake for work! Part of being a Realtor is ongoing education. Today we dove deep into title commitments with Frontier Title. Such great information to help our buyer's and seller's better understand what they are looking at. And of course, what is a trip to The Boardwalk without a stop at Tourch'y Tacos!

Congratulations to the Fazal Din family who closed on their very first home today! This sweet family is so special to me as I had helped their father sell his home and also purchase his next home, 2 summers ago. They even made me an adorable gift basket❤️

Congratulations to my investor client! Their tenant just moved in! My client previously had her home listed but was not getting the communication and results she was wanting. She decided to give me a try and we were able to get a signed lease in 27 days. I'm so happy I was able to help!

Busy day today in real estate. Started the day off with a home inspection for my out of town clients at their new construction home in Sunterra. Then I was off to deliver some of my fun pop-bys followed by a virtual tour for my out of state clients who is relocating back to Houston, then back home to review an application for a potential tenant for my lease listing.
