Breast Cancer Awareness Month: According to the World Health Organization, breast cancer is the most common cancer in the world. It affects women of all ethnic backgrounds and, contrary to popular belief, men as well.
ARVO is in full support of raising awareness and encouraging our community to support the fight to end breast cancer!
If you are in the Houston area and would like to be checked we encourage looking into as they continue to do amazing work in the community. Regardless of a woman's ability to pay, they are providing access to screening, diagnostics, and treatment services. Thank you for all that you do!
