Every transaction has a story, and boy was this one a good one!! After our first buyer got cold feet and abruptly terminated (despite a stellar inspection report), these sellers kept their chin up and plowed forward. They quickly received multiple offers and, ultimately, closed at full price a week sooner than our original offer. So happy for my sellers! đŸ„‚
