What a day… what a weekend… what a WIN… and what a MESS!

The last few days have brought some wins, some losses, some surprises, and definitely some heartburn. I’ve been leasing homes, working apartment deals, managing listings, showing houses, negotiating, problem-solving… and now tonight I’m sitting here writing an offer for my clients on a beautiful home. 🏡🙏

And I’m going to be real — I AM EXHAUSTED.

I’ve burned through gas, racked up miles on my car, eaten way too little, stressed way too much, and probably spent more time behind the wheel than anywhere else this weekend. 😂

But at the end of it all… I wouldn’t trade it for anything.

I knew getting into real estate was going to be hard, but I don’t think I was prepared for just how hard it ACTUALLY is. This business is not for the weak, and it definitely isn’t something you can do “casually.” You have to be persistent. You have to be dedicated. You have to keep showing up when a deal falls apart, when something unexpected happens, when you’re exhausted, and when you feel like absolutely nothing is going according to plan.

And most importantly… you simply cannot give up.

There’s so much investment up front — time, money, energy, emotion — and I keep reminding myself that what I’m building today will pay off tomorrow.

Surround yourself with people who support you, encourage you, and believe in what you’re trying to build… especially when others would rather see you maintain the status quo.

So here I am tonight, tired but grateful, writing an offer and genuinely excited about what the outcome could mean for my clients.

And because apparently this weekend wasn’t challenging enough…

MY INTERNET DECIDED TO GO OUT. 😩😂

Nothing like extremely slowwww internet at the exact moment you NEED the internet.

Real estate said, “Oh, you thought you were done for the day?” 😂

But we keep going. 💙🏡
