This one was tricky and I was seeing red flags everywhere until I learned this was a wholesale listing—a different experience for sure. 😵‍💫 Lots of people involved in the process and it took a little longer than planned because of vacating tenants however we pushed through it all and my client got it for lower than list price! He can have tenants back in in no time.💰
