The Federal Reserve made their announcement yesterday to cut interest rates by 1/2 a percentage point! This is the first rate cut since March of 2020!

This morning rates are sitting at about 6.1% for a 30 year Conventional and 5.9% for a 30 year FHA loan.

The next Federal Reserve meetings are scheduled for November 6-7 and December 17-18th and additional cuts are anticipated.
