The Grand at 249 is taking shape in Tomball! Last week, I joined our brokers, attorneys, and construction dept for a behind the scenes look at the infrastructure it takes to bring a new retail center to life. The first parcel has officially been handed over to property management (hi 👋) and I’m happy to be part of this 65-acre development that will be a game-changer for the area.
Also sharing another milestone photo from the ribbon cutting for the new METRO garage in Missouri City, where I (excitedly) serve as co-manager, LOL. This park & ride is a huge win for the county, and more access = more opportunity for our tenants and communities! 🤝
Retail is on the move, and I’m grateful to be part of projects that make a difference—from Tomball to Fort Bend and beyond. 🚀
