The transaction was facilitated by Austin Dabbs and Mason Alsbrooks of Lee & Associates, representing the parties in the acquisition by Sail Holdings. Situated on approximately 3.41 acres, the multi-tenant asset offers a strategic location, flexible office and industrial space, and convenient access to major transportation routes within the Southwest Houston submarket.
