How many of you want to buy a house or buy land but afraid to take the next step because you’re worried about all the other steps ahead? You’re afraid of the process. You’re afraid of the maintenance.

I have begun my journey to purchase acreage property and have a dog ranch which I am aiming to have before the end of the year. I have to work a little bit harder to get exactly what I want so it’s taking some time. Do I know all the ins and outs of maintaining land? No. But since I can’t rush the process, I am using this time to educate myself on how to maximize the use of my land and how to properly maintain it to keep my dogs safe and healthy.

Do you know how much confidence you gain just by educating yourself on the things that your heart desires? The more you learn, the more you start to feel that fear leave your body and you become filled with excitement and motivation! Bedridden for the next 3 to 4 weeks 😭 Surgery went well, it’s the recovery that sucks. I am in a lot of pain. I don’t know how to be immobile, this is going to drive me crazy. I walk my dogs every day, now I won’t be able to. Can’t show any houses during this time either. Some rental properties are self-tour so I can still assist with locating properties for you and handle all the paperwork, I just won’t be able to meet you at any properties to show. Let me know what questions you guys have! Praying for a speedy recovery, this too shall pass 🙏🏽🙏🏽

After all the manifesting, my acreage property buying journey has begun ☺️. The puppy ranch is coming soon yall! My trip to Pensacola sealed the deal and lit the fire right where I needed it!

Of course I tried searching myself before hiring a Realtor first, but wasn’t finding anything that checked enough of my boxes. My Realtor has access to two different MLS areas, understood my needs and sent me exactly what I was looking for that I could not find on my own. He’s the area expert so I have to let go of the control (just a little bit lol) and trust him and he’s been amazing so far. Our business style is very similar so we understand eachother. 🙌🏽

My lender is on point!! I tried going through two of his lenders and neither one impressed me. One was a M-F 9-5 LO 🚫 And the other bragged about how he’s the VP and been doing this for 25 years, but lacked good listening and follow-up skills 🚫. You can’t be careless or making mistakes when dealing with people’s time and money. One thing I don’t do is give lenders a second chance to eff up. I reached out to my own Florida lender, she got on it and got it all figured out!

It’s going to be a little bit of a journey as I have a complicated situation but my eye is set on the prize and I’m following all guidance given by my lender.

When you want to purchase a property, you can’t be scared to talk to a lender. Whether you think you’re ready or not. A GOOD… I repeat…GOOD lender is going to help position you for that preapproval! But you HAVE to know where you stand! You won’t know that until you reach out and open up. Give yourself time to get things in order.

This is my third home that I’ve purchased and while this home has been a blessing to us for the past 5 years, it’s time for the next upgrade…the 4th & final!! WTBS, my house will be available real soon only as a pocket listing. If you have a multi-pet family, this house is perfect for you! I’ve done a lot of customization to make it multi-pet-friendly and functional. Investors welcome, with reasonable offers.

Annddd we are CLEAR TO CLOSE🥳🥳 The lender almost killed this deal because she didn’t have her thinking cap on. Some lenders work harder for some buyers more than others…if you get my drift. So when I recommend a lender, there’s many reasons behind that. Nevertheless, we’ve overcome those obstacles and my buyers will have keys to their beautiful new home on Tuesday🥳🥳
