🚨NEW Construction Home Program for Low Income Families🚨
🏡🔑Homes built through the Single-Family New Construction Program are currently available to qualified applicants. In efforts to increase the affordability of the home, applicants may be eligible to receive up to $35,000 in down payment assistance (including closing costs) as well as up to a 45% price reduction on the home.
👀To be eligible to participate in the program you must be able to meet the following requirements:
✅Households with incomes at or below 80% of the AMI
Must be U.S. citizen or hold an Eligible Immigrant status (permanent resident or approved asylum status only).
✅ Must be a Harris County resident for the last six months.
✅ Must attend and complete an 8-hour, HUD-certified Homebuyer Class.
