Meet Catalyst residents of the month. Hi everyone, my name is Gabby! I have lived at the Catalyst since 2024. I am a criminal defense attorney, and I really enjoy my profession. My boyfriend, Andy, and I recently welcomed our baby girl, Lena, and we are so happy to be her parents. You will likely see us around the building with her or with my dog, Alonso.

In my free time, I love to travel, try new restaurants, and stay active. I also enjoy attending live sporting events, especially Astros games. One of my favorite things about living at the Catalyst is how close we are to so many of the things Houston has to offer.

I’ve really enjoyed making the Catalyst our home over the past couple of years, and it has been especially meaningful to begin this new chapter here as a family of three. I’m excited for Lena to grow up surrounded by such a great community, and I look forward to meeting more of our neighbors around the building!

August pets of the month 🐈🐈 Hi neighbors, We’re Lucy and Marzipan, and we’re new to the city. We are both rescues that play and fight like sisters. In our free time we love to play with our croissant plush and rolling toys. We love our new view of the city from our cat tower at the Catalyst! ✨🪩🐾

August resident of the month ! Hi, I’m Paul, I’ve been proud to call Catalyst home for the past year and a half. I work in the telecommunications industry as a Major Account Executive, where I enjoy building relationships and helping businesses succeed. When I’m not working I love attending Astros, Rockets, and Texans games and enjoying the awesome Houston food scene! You’ve probably seen me walking my pug, Wagner, who is always happy to meet new friends. Meet HeavenLee, the resident of the month! Hi everyone! My name is HeavenLee, and I’ve been blessed to call Catalyst home for over a year now.

After graduating from Baylor University in 2024, I moved to Houston to begin my career in syndicated finance.

Outside of work, I love staying active by going for runs or walks, spending time in the gym, and enjoying the outdoors. I’m also a big fan of sporting events, concerts, and exploring everything Houston has to offer.

I’ve truly loved living downtown and having so much of Houston right outside my doorstep. Being within walking distance of work, along with so many great events around the city, has been amazing and incredibly convenient. More than anything, I’ve appreciated the warm, welcoming community at Catalyst that has truly made Houston feel like home. One of my absolute favorite parts of living at Catalyst is watching the Friday night fireworks after Astros games—they never get old!

Meet the pets of the month🐾🐾 Hi! I’m Milo, a 12-year-old beagle mix with a goofy personality and a nose for adventure. I love the beach, anything involving water, and sniffing absolutely everything along the way. Treats are my weakness, and I’m always ready for a walk, hike, or new place to explore.
And I’m Emma, a 10-year-old chiweenie and the boss of the house. I may be small, but I’m full of sass and convinced I’m the biggest dog around. I love chasing squirrels and birds, but my favorite hobby is cuddling up and taking long, cozy naps.
