Revitalized Homes Mortgage Loan Officer + Real Estate Investors Revitalized Homes was founded in 2015 by husband & wife team, Erick and Carol.

They are real estate investors in the Houston area and have experience in single family and multifamily fix and flips, buy and holds, and new developments. Real estate and financing go hand in hand. In 2019, Carol obtained her Mortgage Loan Originating License and works with buyers throughout the state of Texas to obtain financing for their real estate purchases and developments by way of the mortgage brokerage Nuhome Group, LLC.

Hi Friends, we have been out of the social media light for some time, but some great things have been happening behind the scenes at Revitalized Homes as we continue to evolve!

We have settled into our individual roles that support our strengths. Carol has been a Mortgage Loan Officer since 2019 and Erick is a Residential and Commercial Real Estate Agent; both Carol and Erick are licensed respectively in the state of Texas.

Our continued experience as real estate investors give us a unique edge when it comes to purchasing and selling real estate. Our understanding of the lending, purchasing, renovating, and investment strategy allows us to walk you through the process of buying and selling with ease.
