Always professional and helpful when they can be. Not sure were last reviewed lived here must be different Northern Pines since manager is male for last couple of years. "Good place to live, can't complain about the management, but two things the can improve, some dogs owners are carless, it would be great to assigned a area for dog defecation and p*e, I don't enjoy see somenone walk in front of my unit see their dog p*eing on the grass where my kid are playing 🤦‍, also some people drive too fast when kids are playing outside" says Luis on Google

"My girlfriend and I lived at Northern Pines for about 18 months from 2020 to early 2022 before moving out of state.

This place is hands-down one of the best we've lived at. Maintenance is great. The apartments themselves are very nice quality for the price. I worked from home full-time and this place was amazing for noise insulation. We had a top-floor unit, but I've had top-floors with paper-thin walls before - that's.." says George on Google

"We are very happy here almost 5 years and we like being in front to see just trees across the street, a few bumps in the road, but I guess ok now. Maintenance have been wonderful always no waiting long to take sp*edy solving of problem office has been so helpful to us too. Coming from a home, it is still hard for me on storage, it is so hard, for me to downsize lol hopefully, will keep going well. 😌😃" says Elizabeth on Google
