We are absolutely blown away by the success of our Ladies Stocking Stuffer Saturday! Because of this incredible community, we completely SOLD OUT of all 200 stockings! 🛍️💨

A massive THANK YOU goes out to the 24 participating businesses who opened their doors and handed out 200 free items to fill those stockings. You helped make this event so much fun for everyone involved. 🤝✨

And thanks to everyone who bought a bag and joined the fun, we were able to present a check for $2,000 to Torch 180! 💵🔥

Did you know some counties in MI require Sellers to perform well & septic inspections that must conform with health department guidelines lines to complete a home sale and some do not?

Livingston Co. does not require Sellers to complete well & septic inspections, therefore the cost and the choice to do so, lands on the Buyer.

By doing these inspections, you can save thousands of dollars AND not fall into your septic tank 🫣 Today we discovered that someone had placed a plastic office chair mat over one entry point instead of a proper lid for the tank. Luckily, it was spotted before someone fell in and our inspector rides around with replacement lids on hand ✅
