eat that I get to create my own schedule, but that schedule is based on serving my buyers and seller. It’s amazing all of the things that can go off course in a real estate transaction...from easy things to fix like not finding the right house (keep looking, there are always more) to homes not appraising for the right value (time to negotiate, baby!) to houses not passing inspection for whatever reason (soooooo many reasons). In all of these issues I make sure I do 2 things: 1. Communicate. I find these two actions can solve most challenges. Training in real estate is never ending. There is always something more to learn, to implement, to master. I love all of the education that is provided by KW; consistently and daily. At times it can feel overwhelming but that is when you need to hit it even harder. “Knowledge is Power”. As a Realtor, one of your most important tasks is sharing your knowledge. Clients look to you for guidance and I absolutely love that. They lean on you, they trust you and that alone deserves the highest level of respect. It’s beautiful when you see the look in their eye that tells you, “I believe in you!”
The opportunities for your individual creativity is priceless. I’m a happy go lucky person that loves to be goofy quite often. I love seeing others smile, I will always go the extra mile or whatever is needed. I like to make my own marketing materials, I love to decorate, I like to plan parties and help the community. The harder you work, the more you can make and I love that about real estate. It is an extremely competitive field so it is of the utmost importance that you absolutely love your team and that you can trust and depend on them. With real estate, I know that the harder you work, the more you can make. Work is so much easier to do when you love it. And love it I do because I can help others, bring huge smiles to their faces all while reaching my own goals.
