This was my first time viewing houses. The realtor I had been dealing with was very sweet, very responsive, but every offer I made was turned down. They offered very little advice and it seemed like they were only interested in their commission. The only houses I got an opportunity to view were at the high end of my pre approval amount. The final straw for me was when she called me last minute to let me know ANOTHER one of my viewings had been cancelled. I was close to giving up and settling for an apartment for another few years… but I decided to inquire about the SAME house to see what a different realtor would have to say. Luckily, Richard Park called. He managed to get me into that house within 45 minutes, and any house I showed interest in after that. Finally I landed at the address I now call home! Richard kept me informed through the whole process, he even helped me jump through some hoops along the way. I would highly recommend Richard Park to anyone looking to buy a home. Not every realtor has your best interest in mind and as first time home buyers, we can be vulnerable with the wrong person guiding us.
