We offer Studio's (some handicapped accessible) and 1 bedroom apartments (most are handicapped accessible).
Heat and Hot water is included in the rent.
As a subsidized housing property your rent is 30% of your income should you qualify.

Resident George Florence with Faith Curcio, Property Manager at Hubbardston House after being presented with the "Great Neighbor" Certificate. George had helped one of his neighbors who was having trouble breathing, he called 911 and contacted her family. Congratulations George, for being a hero and looking out for your neighbors!
