SOLD! One of our homeowners is selling their home! This is a 2 bedroom 2 bath home at the end of a cul-de-sac. It can stay on the lot if it's owner occupied, and you pass our application background check - credit, criminal and rental histories. There is a $20 fee per adult in the household. If you have questions about the lot, ask me. But for questions about the home, you need to contact the homeowner through her FB ad. Here's her description of the home: Partially renovated mobile home- still needs some work but my ex husband and I had put quite a bit of work into it already. Lot rent in Turtle Cove is $250 a month or if you’re looking to move the property it doesn’t have axles anymore so they would need to be bought other than that the roof has been patched so there are no leaks and it has all new drywall throughout aside from in the guest bathroom where it is ready to be installed as well. This property was supposed to be sold by the first and I never intended to even have it listed this long but I got strung along by some people who never really intended to buy it. Mobile Home Lot for rent - just the lot. This is a beautiful lot at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac. Home must be new or no more than 3 years old. Single-wide or double-wide OK, but due to septic restrictions, no more than 3 bedrooms. No RVs, park models, or campers allowed. Lot rent is $250/month. Great location for your new home! Double-wide was recently moved off and they still have to clean up the decks, blocks etc. We plan to remove a few pine trees that have grown up too close to where the home would be located. Turtle Cove is a quiet, well-located community tucked back off Hwy 24 just outside Swansboro. Convenient to shopping areas, Swansboro schools and Camp Lejuene. My husband and I developed it, with help from our son Michael. Granted we’re a little biased, but we think it’s one of the nicest parks in Onslow County. We designed it as we would want it if we lived there – the homes face the street, not your neighbor’s back door, and only newer homes are allowed. We rent the lots and a few select homes.
Our application process includes a background check for each adult in the household - credit, criminal and rental histories. We also look at your debt to income ratio, so you must be able to provide proof of your income. Have questions? Just ask!
