We had damage in our master bath from the April 2026 tornado. We decided to fix what was damaged and then out of our pocket pay for a new shower where the tub is currently. We got back the contractors estimated bill 😱 I guess we will be watching YouTube videos or it’s going to be a “dog washing station” shower for us. 😂🤣😂

These first-time buyers are officially HOMEOWNERS and their offer was chosen over four others!
