Mountainview Manor was a listing that came from a connection from my partner who was picking up a car from the owners, thank you Frank Sorrento The owners mentioned moving to North Carolina to be with family. He gave them my card. The rest is successful history & they are tucked in to Wilmington before the new year as I promised. Our sweet little Ancram cottage on Wildflower Hill , caught the attention of the New York Times!
