This is a (very) small random selection of pictures I’ve taken while showing homes recently. They’re not very pretty, and that’s ok.

My job isn’t to like the home you’re purchasing (unless you want me to move in, which is weird), my job is to protect you in the process.

From items that affect value to items that can affect safety, my job is to look at the not so pretty things and make sure you’re making a smart and informed decision. This can include anything from getting quotes to making sure your loan can close given the condition of the property.
