I have a big soft spot in my heart for all the kids willing to sit in the sun and get out of their comfort zone to talk to adults and sell lemonade!

🎉 We’re extending a HUGE CONGRATULATIONS to our recent sellers who put in the hard work AHEAD of time – and in doing so were able to walk away from the sale of their home with both buyers and sellers HAPPY. Isn’t that the dream? ✨

Every home sale is unique, but we want to loop you in on a few factors that help contribute to success:

🔹Preparedness – the conversation on strategy and overall gameplan happened MONTHS before the promotions went live.

🔹Communication – Transparency in every step of the process. Seller to realtor and realtor to seller – both ways are important. A plan is only as good as its ex*****on. Being on the same page makes a world of difference.
