I’m not superstitious, just a little “stitious.” The last time I posted an “under contract” post, the fist contract fell through. Thankfully, a backup offer fell into place, and everything closed beautifully, but I’m still a little hesitant to post.
⭐️Why?⭐️
Well, because a house isn’t sold when it’s “under contract.” Not to be a negative Nancy, but many, many things can go wrong between accepting an offer and closing.
In fact, this house sold with its second contract as well! Just because it’s a sellers market, doesn’t mean sellers do not have their hiccups too. But, the second contract was for more money and even less terms, so that is a major ✔️win ✔️win.
